1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product received. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Please note: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging in order to be eligible for review.

3. Unauthorized Returns

Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with our policy.

4. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating any chargebacks. Unwarranted chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension of future purchasing privileges.

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs. Once a package is shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We recommend tracking your order using the provided tracking number.
