Purchasing Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in our products.
As a wholesale supplier of peptides, we are required to qualify our customers prior to accepting and processing orders. For this reason, all new customers must complete a qualification process before purchasing.
Before an order can be placed, a customer will be sent a qualification form to complete and return by email, together with any required supporting documentation. The submitted information will be reviewed to confirm that the customer is a qualified business or research entity and that the intended use is consistent with our purchasing and compliance requirements.
Once the customer has been reviewed and approved, the customer will be considered authorized for future purchases unless business information, compliance status, or regulatory requirements change and re-verification becomes necessary.
Qualification Requirements
The qualification process may require the customer to provide the following:
- Legal business name
- Registered business address
- State and country of operation
- EIN (Employer Identification Number)
- Business type
- Authorized representative contact information
- Description of intended research or laboratory use
- Confirmation that products are not for human or veterinary use
- Confirmation that products will not be resold without proper authorization
- Confirmation that sales to non-qualified entities are prohibited
- Copy of LLC formation documents or equivalent organizational documents
- Copy of EIN confirmation document
Ordering Process
- The customer requests product information or submits an order inquiry.
- A qualification form is sent to the customer by email.
- The customer completes the form and returns it by email with the required documents.
- The submitted information is reviewed for qualification and compliance purposes.
- Once approved, an invoice is issued to the customer.
- Payment must be made by wire transfer only and exactly according to the invoice instructions.
- Orders are processed only after full payment has been received and confirmed.
- The product is then shipped to the customer’s approved delivery address.
Payment Terms
- Payment is accepted by wire transfer only.
- Invoice instructions must be followed exactly.
- Failure to follow payment instructions may result in denial or delay of the order.
- Products will not be released for shipment until funds have been fully received and confirmed.
Shipping Terms
- Minimum order quantity is 1 gram.
- Orders are fulfilled in exact gram quantities.
- Shipping charges are added to orders under 2 grams.
- Orders of 2 grams or more qualify for free shipping.
Compliance Notice
All products are supplied strictly for lawful research purposes. Products are not for human use, not for veterinary use, and not for resale to non-qualified entities. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, deny qualification, or decline any order that does not meet our compliance standards.
